February 22, 2013: House plans submitted to University Board of Trustees
April 11, 2013: Board of Trustees reviews house plans
April 15-20, 2013: Construction bids
May 1 2013: Bid awarded, construction begins
July 15, 2014: Construction completed
August 10, 2014: Chapter moves into new house
September, 2014: Grand Opening and Dedication of new chapter house
The new house sits on a prominent place on University Boulevard. We have 40 bedrooms, compared to 23 in the old house. The Grand Foyer, Dining Room, Informal living room and social hall are all larger and better equipped than the old house.
